I can tell you now, if you’re not eating the recommended five to nine servings each and every day, you’re probably not as healthy as you could be.

For example, did you know diets rich in fruits and vegetables are associated with a lower risk of dozens of chronic illnesses, including obesity, diabetes and cancer? In a recent study, which tracked the health and dieting habits of nearly 100,000 men and women for 14 years, Harvard researchers found that adults with the highest daily intake of fruits and vegetables had the lowest risk of developing cardiovascular disease.

In fact researchers determined that for every extra serving of fruits and vegetables the study participants added to their diets, their risk of heart disease fell by four percent. If that doesn’t melt your butter, it may also interest you to know that many greens including spinach and broccoli are rich in antioxidant compounds called lutein and zeaxanthin. These agents are known to help prevent macular degeneration and cataracts, two age-related eye diseases that affect millions of Americans over the age of sixty-five.

When you add deep red and bright pink fruits and vegetables to your daily diet, you’re adding powerful, cancer-fighting phytochemicals called lycopenes. Lycopene rich diets are known to reduce the risk of cervical cancer in women, and the risk of prostate cancer in men. Also orange and yellow fruits and vegetables excellent sources of vitamin C and Beta-carotene.

Both substances are natural antioxidants that enhance the ability of the immune system to ward off illnesses and infections ranging from cancer to the common cold. As mentioned in one of my other articles, scientists from around the world have been looking for evidence that certain foods contain protective compounds that can help ward off cancer, diabetes and other diseases, and to succeed at this I’ve listed eight food Secrets for Successful Relationships and Lifestyle.

You can literally turn your body into a fat burning machine when you eat raspberries everyday. Japanese researchers discovered this juicy wonderful fruit puts your body’s metabolism into overdrive, so you burn more calories and fat even while you’re resting and it works three times better than cayenne pepper.

A high intake of plant lignans has been shown to reduce the risk of breast cancer for pre-menopausal women by 78 percent, all thanks to its “phytoestrogens,” as according to a new German study.

Broccoli may prevent blindness, according to researchers at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. They found that the antioxidant sulforaphane in broccoli and broccoli sprouts protects the eye from damage caused by the sun’s ultra violet rays.

Snacking on a handful of walnuts once a day along with consuming a diet high in fruits and vegetables can slash your risk of heart disease and stroke by half, according to a Spanish study.

Olive oil is loaded with oleocanthal, a chemical that works just like ibuprofen and other anti-inflammation drugs to reduce pain and inflammation by inhibiting the activity of certain enzymes. Throw portabella or crimini mushrooms into your soup for an even bigger health boost. The mushrooms are loaded with virtually the same amount of antioxidants as carrots, green beans, red peppers and broccoli, Penn State researchers say.

Start your day with an anti-aging breakfast of buckwheat pancakes or wheat germ sprinkled on your cereal. In animal studies, French and Spanish researchers found that immune-bolstering poloyphenols in both buckwheat and wheat germ reverse premature aging.

The anti-inflammatory properties of the same ginger used in candy and soda may help kill ovarian cancer cells as effectively as or better some chemotherapy drugs, and may even stop cancer cells from growing, according to researchers at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center.

       8. You get even more benefits – a 33 percent lower risk of developing diabetes. That’s because coffee contains antioxidants that may help metabolize sugar and may protect the pancreas.

Now that you have my eight food secrets, let’s talk about their effects on your relationships and lifestyle. Or have you read this article knowing that your opinions about health, lifestyle and relationships have no connection what so ever to what’s been written?

What ever your opinion, these 8 food secrets can and will have an affect in your relationships in ways perhaps you’ve yet to realize. To give you a sound base idea and send you running for the nearest super market, I’ve listed seven top super foods that really will make you healthier and happier while building relationships.

1. Cutting calories with Spinach

According to new research from biochemists at Lunds University in Sweden, Eating a spinach salad with your lunch you will automatically eat less food for the remaining part of your day. They discovered that “thylakoids” in spinach – tiny membranes in the leaves coat theft in your food, making it harder to digest. As a direct result the food stays in your intestinal tract longer, thereby making you feel full several hours after you’ve finished eating. For those who don’t care for spinach, no worries; one day these researchers while hard at work today, will succeed at a thylakoid supplement that you’ll be able to enjoy at every meal.

2. Cut colon cancer in half with Flaxseed

Would you believe that Dutch scientists have discovered that taking in lots of plant lignans, which are found in huge abundance in flaxseed, can cut your risk of colorectal cancer literally by 50 percent by reducing growths that can lead to the Cancer. According to Author Dr. Anneleen Knijsten, the more lignans you eat, the greater the benefit. Why? Flaxseed contains the most plant lignans, but other foods, which have high concentrations, include whole-grain cereals, berries, fruits and vegetables.

3. Want to see Better? Try Red Wine

In France it s normal to have Red Wine everyday if you so desire, as it is a part of the culture, but millions of Americans drink red wine to protect their heart. Perhaps you are one such American drinking red wine to protect your heart, and yet have no real idea why it’s good for you. Just let me say this, if you are such a person, scientists say wine a grape-derived drink may be protecting your eyes, too. According to a five year study at Reykjavik Eye Study in Iceland, drinking at least two glasses of re wine per month to three glasses per day can slash your risk of developing cataracts by 50 percent, compared to non drinkers, heavy drinkers and beer drinkers. During the study researchers didn’t examine why red wine protects the eyes, past research shows it may be due to the flavonoid resveratrol, which has already been shown to help prevent macular degeneration, a progressive eye disease that affects mostly elderly people and can lead to blindness.

4. Your heart and Camellia Tea Oil

Most people think olive oil is the healthiest cooking oil around, you maybe surprised to learn that there’s an even healthier one. Camellia tea oil virtually unknown in the United States, comes from the seeds of the camellia plant, a cousin of green tea – has been a longtime favorite among the Chinese and Japanese chefs who love enjoy it for its versatility and heart-boosting benefits. Proud boosting of no trans fat, this virtually tasteless oil is rich in vitamin E, Omega 3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fats – all shown to help reduce the levels of LDL “bad” cholesterol. Use it to fry foods, as a salad dressing or in your favorite recipes.

5. Keeping young with Vegetable Soup

Was your mother swift to sense you needed vegetable soup whenever you got sick, or to prevent you from getting sick just because she had a hunch? Turns out as you now know, mother’s hunch was right; according to scientists from Tufts University Nutrition Research Center on Aging. In a recent study, they found that, in just two weeks, two cups of vegetables soup a day produces a 22 – percent increase in vitamin C in your blood. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps lower your risk of heart disease, cancer, stoke, dementia and other age – related illnesses. As you may or may not know the basic ingredients of vegetable soup – tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell pepper, onion, garlic and olive oil – are all healthy just by themselves. But the researchers found that, when you combine, the health benefits become a super charge, turning your soup into an age-defying food you should not go without.

6. Fighting Cancer cells with Açai Berries

Many Scientists suspected that a delicious Brazilian berry called Açai (pronounced ab-SAH’-ee) would be a cancer-fighting powerhouse, and now they’ve discussed they were right. Why? Because it has up to 30 times more anthocyanins – the cancer – killing antioxidants that give grapes their violet color than seen in red wine. Would you believe during a study, the first ever of its kind, researchers at the University of Florida have proved it. When using an extract of the acai berry in a lab test, the team found that the fruit may bigger up to 86 percent of human leukemia cells to self-destruct. The berries taste like a cross between cherries with just a tiny hint of chocolate. They can be found in health – food stores in juices smoothies’ extracts or supplements.

7. Diabetes and a Citrus peel

Did you know a daily supplement of an extract made from the dried peel of citrus fruits might prevent diabetes by restoring insulin sensitivity, according to a study at the University of Hawaii. Forget about the “he say,” “she say” drama, it’s time to discover what is really making you sick in your relationship.

There are many factors to take into consideration. One popular reason that many of you perhaps assumed that I was referring to is bad food in restaurants, fast food chains, or cooking food at home which was out dated. Of course these can all be a part of making you sick leading to various physical problems most of which you’ll recognize straight away when it occurs.

But many couples simply lack the knowledge of physical signs, which can be a leading cause of sickness lending itself well to that deployable feeling with some foods which is a reminder of an evening gone seriously wrong. Of course there are some people we meet that just seem to make you “sick” just at the mere sight of them. There are many things I could say about that, and perhaps I will in another article.

So for now I’d like to focus on three tips that lead to relationship sickness, or what I call “relationship constipation,” meaning your love life has come to a grinding halt, as oppose to a grinding swing with your partner.

  1. ELIMINATION - Daily elimination is most important for health. It can prevent all the dreadful diseases caused by the prolonged storage of toxic wastes in the body. A special effort must be made to have at least one bowel movement a day, without straining. Over the counter laxatives should not be used as they irritate the delicate lining of the colon. Elimination should take place naturally, by means of unforced bowel movements, stimulated by a diet high in fiber and soured milk and low in processed foods. The results of switching to a high fiber diet are not instant, especially if chronic constipation and long-term use of laxatives have weakened colonic muscle tone. Elimination depends a great deal on the condition of the muscles of the colon. But as you know, muscle tone can be improved by exercise.

2. HYPOGLYCAEMIA – Fatigue, which is so prevalent in our time, is considered to be one of hypoglycemia’s major afflictions. Dr. Sam Roberts, in his book Exhaustion, estimates that at least 50 per cent of the work done in the United States is done by people who suffer from fatigue but do not think if sufficiently out of the ordinary to complain, and the same is true in our relationships. Low blood sugar may impair mental health even more than physical health, since it deprives the delicate brain and nervous system of much-needed oxygen. Hypoglycemia has a nickname known as the great “imitator” simply because it imitates so many mental and emotional disorders. As a result, many hypoglycemics are mistakenly diagnosed as neurotic. A few examples of the symptoms would be:

1. Irritability

2. Depression

3. Digestive disturbances

4. Forgetfulness

5. Unsocial, asocial or antisocial behavior

6. Indecisiveness

7. Lack of sex (females)

8. Allergies

9. Itching and crawling sensations on the skin

  Impotence (males)

3. PROTEINS – Protein is the most plentiful substance in the body after water. In fact, the Greek word protos means ‘first’. Proteins are the building blocks of the body, not only of the muscles and tissues of the skin, as most people know, but also of hormones, enzymes, antibodies and blood. You cannot build a wall with just mortar and sand; you need bricks. The same is true with the human body. The body uses proteins like building blocks, to build up muscle and blood, skin and bone, heart and brain. Proteins build up and regenerate vital hormones such as insulin, adrenalin and thyroxine, which control weight, sexual activity and metabolism.

While there are several other factors, I decided only to focus on the above as a base in hopes that you will take the time from hip-grinding sweat-inducing sex, to seeking out what might make you sick in your relationships, whether that’s food you’re eating, or a lack of body maintenance. I have received many emails from readers who also know of my other websites and life work, wanting to know why I've not posted on this blog for some time. The answer is simple. As mentioned in my last posting, I was traveling all over the States for my book tour, and since my return to Paris have had two deaths of close relatives, and with working, and constantly producing articles for ezines, and radio interviews etc. I've barely had time to sleep much less write a blog.
That being said, a blog is a very important tool in the world today, and it doesn't matter whether you blog for business, blog for romance, and or blog for attention, blogging is the life stream of the Internet.
I must admit, that I've grown close to many of my readers, because a great many of you take the time to sit in on my Teleseminar classes, write me emails, or you've read my http://www.myspace.com/ronedebeauvoir page, or you know of several other communication tools I use out there on the Great Big Boy Web. (Internet) If you have, you no doubt have come to know me as a person who enjoys to give, and in fact seek out those for whom I can help. Because of this I have a little saying that I share with people and it goes like this: "Satan seeks whom he may devour, I seek whom I may Bless!"

Most of us get up out of bed with out a care in the world, while others grumble and complaint. I really strive to get up each morning praising God first and foremost for my good and perfect health. Here lately I've returned to this attitude of praise because of the many wonderful things happening in my life. One day recently, I had a day of feeling sorry for myself as we all do sometimes. One day I complained about menopause, hot flashes, and the lack of dates I had for the month. I often volunteer for various charities that I believe in while providing what I call a service of love. Recently, while complaining to God about hot flashes, in walks the man you see on your right of the picture. Very good looking man and quite pleasant to speak with I might add. I knew of his face as I would see him once a month for a meeting he attends for parachute regiment whom served in World War II. It's funny but every month when I would see this gentleman, I never would have guessed and or believed what his life presently endures.
We see people sometimes everyday or on a regular basis not knowing the burdens they may be facing. When he came to the office, he shared a story to me and the secretary of this office where I volunteer my services, of the young man you see on the left side of this photo. The young man is his son who is now about 33 three years old. I'm sure you would agree he is a very good looking young man. What his father told us brought tears to my eyes instantly. He stated in 2002 his son Serge was driving his motorcycle in Paris and was in a serious accident. The results was the fine young man you see before unable to move his body from neck down

I immediately began asking questions, such as "What's his attitude like these days?" "Does he ever think of committing suicide?" "Is he sad and depressed?" I had a flood of questions. While his father patiently replied to each of my questions, he then began to share why he came to meet with my friend Janet and myself. He went on to tell us of the marvelous work that his son is doing. "Work!" I shouted..what work? How can he work I asked? Then I learned in that moment the real power of developing a peace and a relationship with ones self. In fact when you have peace within, this in and of itself is a relationship.
Would you believe Serge operates a Wine Tasting business? Can you believe that he works a computer with just the blinking of his eyes? And would you also believe on 31 May 2007 in Paris France Serge is going to have a wine tasting event? Suddenly my hot flashes went away, I was privately ashamed for complaining and immediately offered to help with fundraising opportunities for this young man. While I'm sure this may be longer than unusual for my blogs, this one simply could not be helped. On the 31 May 2007 there is a special fundraising event to benefit Serge and to support his efforts in his life. He is indeed an inspiration and I'm told received great inspiration himself from Christoper Reeves before he passed on, who was another great inspiration to us all.
Right now you have a wonderful opportunity to bless Serge with your support by contributing to his efforts. I'm sure you would agree, most people would have completely given up if they were in his shoes. But as Serge Maloubier has developed a relationship with himself, and a peace no doubt with God, he is indeed a Great inspiration to people like you and me whom have activity in all parts f our bodies. To learn more about Serge and how to support him on an on going basis, I encourage you to check out his website at http://vinosenso.com

Don't worry if you don't speak French! His father speaks perfect English ad he would be most proud and pleased to hear from you. In closing remember, the next time you get out of bed, stand on your feet and stretch your body with complete freedom, think about my friend Serge. Why? Because in a way that most people cannot understand Serge Maloubier has complete control over his life and his body and it's right in front of your eyes...He didn't QUIT!

Rone de Beauvoir Executive Chef, Author and Relationship Expert shows you how to use the Kitchen and 12 Tables of Life to establish relationships with others. I hope as you read this blog you won't get to angry with me and or sick, just reading this, because I really have a great deal to share with you and I'm sure you'll find it all most interesting.

In my recent Press Release regarding the Top 25 Foods To Eat Before You Die, I was abit of a sneak, becuase I never mentioned the foods. I wanted to save that little surprise for the here and now. There are obviously many foods out there most of which many people have never heard of before, and just from the sound of it, many people would never try.

Having lived in 22 countries around the world I simply can't imagine life without some of the foods I'm about to mention. But remember, I'm a Chef so of course I would say that.

To better help you understand why I've chosen the foods you'll see listed here, I thought it would be good if I explained a few details before hand. In India where I use to live, there's a science known as Ayurveda. This science of life prescribes living the healthiest way possible, and before you start to think it has nothing to do with you and your life stlye, I will further convey that this science is branching out to posh London restaurants and alternative medical approaches in the united States.

For centuries , Indians based their natural diets on individual temperament (swabhav) and body type (prakriti), as well as their age and profession. The practice of ayurveda, composed of the two words ayus (life) and ved (science), was a preventive measure against disease and sickness.

In London, ayurvedic concepts are popular for restaurant menus, and in South Africa and Maylaysia, among others. The four basis taste in the Western foods are: sweet, sour, salty and bitter. However, Indian foods include these as well as chilly and astringent tastes. All dishes are prepared keeping these elements in mind, including all six tastes in a day's worth of meals, if not all in one meal.

Typically, meals according to ayurveda begin with salty and sour foods, progressing to chilly, astringent and bitter foods and ending with sweet. More on Ayurveda in my next blog article. For now I think its time to share with you just a few of the Top 25 Foods to eat before you die, and here they are:

Balut
This Filipino delicacy is a fertilized egg that is incubuted until a duckling develops,
and then soft-boiled and eaten.

Durian
A acquired taste-- and smell durian is a large, spiny green fruit from South East Asia
with a dense skin that protects a creamy center that some swoon over and some find
putrid. Durian has such a distinctive odor (it bloody stinks/sewer like is the most
common description) that its been banned on public transportation in some countries.

Fufu
A West African dish made of pounded yam formed into slmy balls, fufu is served with
meat stew or any dish with sauce or gravy.

Fugu
Dozens of people in Japan die each year from eating this blowfish, which has an organ
containing a toxin so deadly that only specially licensed chefs are allowed to prepare
it for people to eat.

The above foods are just a few of my Top 25 Foods to Eat Before You Die. Perhaps you'll come back to read more and learn more about these foods. I can assure you that they are very interesting, and some you may have never heard of before.

As this blog is about building relationships, think about these somewhat strange foods, as new and interesting opportunities to a magical moment in time you've yet to experience. Who knows where it will lead.

Embrace and Enjoy!
Rone de Beauvoir

blogarama

<blogitemurl>
Link
</blogitemurl>
http://blogtopsites.com/literature

Reading them women participate in re-creating a belief system as powerful as that of any of the churches who's hold on them has so rapidly loosened. This "truth" is seen in the way that God used to be-- at the top of a chain of command, its authority linking down to his representatives on earth: beauty pageant officals, photographers, and finally, the man in the street.Even he, the last link, has some of this divine authority over women, as Milton's Adam had over Eve: "He for God, and she for God in him." A man's right to confer judgement on any woman's beauty while remaining himself unjudged is beyond scrutiny becuase it is thought of as God given. That right has become so urgently important for male culture to exercise becuase it is the last unexamined right remaining in tact from the old list of masculine privilege: though that it was universally believed that God or nature or another absolute authority bestowed upon all men to exert over all women.
As such, it is daily exercised more harshly in compensation for the other rights over women, and the other ways to control them, now lost for ever.

The Judeo-Christian Creation story is the heart of the evolving religion.Because of the three verses, (Genesis 2:21-23), beginning "And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept; and he took one of his ribs...," it is women who are the population of believers the Rites of Beauty manipulate. western women adsorb from those verses the sense that their bodies are second-rate an after thought.

Though God made Adam from clay, in his own image, Eve is an expendable rib. God breathed life directly into Adam's nostrils, inspiring his body with divinity; but Eves Body is twice removed from the maker's hand, imperfect matter born of matter.

Genesis explains why it is women who often need to offer their bodies to any male gaze that will legitimize them. "Beauty" now gives the female body the legitimacy that God with held. Many women don't beleive that they are beautiful until they win the offical seal of approval that men's bodies possess in our culture simply becuase the Bible says they look like their Father.

That seal must be bought or won from a male authority, a God the Father stand-in: surgeon, photographer, or judge. Women tend to worry about physical perfection in a way men seldom do becuase Genesis says that all men are created perfect, whereas woman began as an inanimate piece of meat; maileable, unsculpted, unauthorized, raw--imperfect.

Men, on the other hand, since they made gods in their own image, feel that their bodies are essentially all right. Studies show that while women unrealistically distort their bodies negatively, men unrealisitically distort theirs positively. The Western legacy of a religion based on the concept of men resembling God means that feeling at fault in their bodies is an article of faith for women that need not reflect reality.

While only one man in ten is "strongly dissatisfied" with his body, one third of women are "strongly dissatisfied" with theirs. Though the sexes are over-weight in equal proportions--about a third --95 percent of enrollees in weight-loss programs are women.

Women think they have a serious problem when they are fifteen pounds above the national average; men are not concerned until they are thirty-five pounds above. Those numbers do-not prove that women are an evil-looking gender, compared with the god like race of men; if anything,

More women than men resemble a cultural ideal, becuase they are harder. Look at it this way, Beauty is heaven or a State of grace; the skin or fat cell count is the soul; ugliness is hell "Heaven, I'm in heaven," weight-loss spa Annandale Health Hydro advertises, it is like nowhere else on earth....beauty treatments to make you feel like you have wings... How do you get to heaven? Just be good-- and clip the coupon." Where a dessert is "temptation," seventy-calorie Alba is "salvation," and an article in New Woman detailing the calories in ice cream is titled "Sundae Worship."

Don't be fooled...Original sin left us sexual guilt. When the sexual revolution joined with consumerism to create the new supply of sexually available women, a physical relocation of female guilt was needed at once. The Rites of Beauty supplant virtually every Judeo-Christian prohibition against sexual appetite with a parallel taboo against oral appetite. The whole oral scenario of longing, temptation, capitulation, terror that it "will show," desperate efforts to purge the "evidence" from the body, and ultimate self-loathing can be imagined almost unchanged as the sexual reality of most unmarried young women until abortion and contraception were legal and premarital sex lost its stigma; that is, until a generation ago.

In the Church, though men were tempted by sexual lust, women were cast as its wicked embodiment. Similarly though men have appetites and get fat, woman's oral appetites are the social embodiment of shame. Now at the end comes victory and new life: The death in the dessert of the old, tainted generation is redeemed with the birth of a new one who may enter the Promised Land. The baptized person assumes another name as new status in the community.

The newly made up or coiffed or thin woman, the woman with the surgically "new face," celebrates her fresh identity and returns to take up what she hopes will be improved status. She is told, to prepare for reentry, to buy clothes, get a haircut, take on the accessories of an altered personality. Presented as incentive for weight loss, or camouflage for surgery , that advice is elementary magic. But in other moods, some women may be torn by a longing to submit again to vanished authority, to God the Father Another Sales pitch lets them kiss the rod.

The woman needs "Tame," an exacting guide who will train her to contain the Chaos of her natural impulses; she is offered a masculine hand to subdue her, just but merciful, gentle but firm. She needs " extra control for problem skin," as if she were a problem child: "The last thing older skin needs is to be babied."

Spare the rod, she is told, spoil the complexion: "Exfoliate. Inundate. Do it as aggressively as possible" (Clinique). She can buy "corrective and preventive" action (Estee Lauder), the idiom of juvenile detenion: "Slackening skin? Be firm with your face" (Clarins). Sounds confusing but its really simple. Women know about sacrifice!

Sacrificing ourselves for others, women respond to substances that acquire their aura from sacrifice thereby creating in us the ability and desire for Sex, Sacrifice, and Submission.

Embrace and Enjoy!

Ciao
Rone de Beauvoir
http://blogtopsites.com/literature

YOUR LOVER.. APHRODISICS... ANCIENT GREECE AND WOMEN'S
EROTICA

There are many foods that we enjoy eating today, many which are indeed Aphrodisiacs. There were also many foods and beverages consumed in ancient Greece that we might not be too anxious to try today, like cheese and garlic added to wine.

It's perhaps no more unusual than at least one of the foods that were considered to be aphrodisiacs. When we think of bulbs, the first thing that comes to mind probably isn't "aphrodisiac," yet, they were highly prized for their reputed positive effect on the libido.

Here's a question for you. How would you define an Aphrodidiac? As a chef I would define an aphrodisiac as something like a drug in the form of food, which arouses or intensifies sexual desire. Second question. Do you think that a woman's erotica is based on aphrodisiacs used for her pleasure? Are women today easily aroused by aphrodisics? Does it have any effect on women? Are women today just like Aphrodite mere goddness of love erotica and beauty? Perhaps in the eyes of some men, yes we are. From ancient times, there have been foods that were beleived to increase sexual prowess and desire, and food historians tell us that ancient Greeks were not immune to promises of improved performances and stamina, and heightened pleasure. Still not convinced? Allow me to share a few examples. Hippocrates (C.460-377 B.C.E.), the father of medicine, is reported to have recommended lentils to keep a man virile well into old age, a practice followed by the Greek philosopher Artistotle (384-322 B.C.E.), who cooked them with saffron. Plutarch (C. 46-122 C.E.) suggested fassolatha ( a bean soup, the national dish of Greece) as the way to a strong libido, and others believed that artichokes were not only aphrodisiacs but also ensured the birth of sons.

Pleasing a woman may be tricky at times, but it can be done. However every woman is different and likes different types of stimulation. To be come a master of sexual pleasuring and a woman's Erotica , you must first understand that this will not happen over night. The most important skill to learn is the ability to read your lady's body and, unless you are telepathic, this will take some time. However if you want a little help in the matter, review my list of Aphrodisics, use it as you see fit and email me your results.

You'll never know if these are in fact aphrodisiacs, and if they are; you won't know it's affect until you use them. Try these three for starters. You won't be disappointed.

EDIBLE BULBS: Ancient Greeks beleived that certain bitter edible bulbs stimulated passion, they were cooked in various ways, and eaten with "aphrodisiac salads" containing honey and sesame seeds-- two other foods considered libido boosters.

MUSHROOMS: Truffles were considered exceptional aphrodisiacs. They grew below the surface on sandy shorelines, and were rare and very expensive, just as they are today.

STAFYLINOS: This was a plant that grew from seed in the wild that was beleived to heighten sexual desire, so much so that it was known as a "sexpotion."

Embrace and Enjoy!

blogarama

<img src="http://www.blogtopsites.com/tracker.php?do=in&id=" 17278="" alt="LiteratureBlogTopSites" border="0" />

http://blogtopsites.com/literature

Of course the biggest complaint was SEX!!!!

A few of the women were married and a few were not married. They each complained continually how their bedrooms had become a place for sleeping and nothing more. It was hard and very difficult to keep a straight face but I managed. Even today, I continue to hear from women with the same problem and complaint.

May I say sleeping in the bedroom is great if you're in your eighties, and or you're exhausted from hip-grinding sweat inducing sex, but that was not the case for any of these women. More and more women have this problem and are wondering why.

So ladies listen up...If you've been with one man for five or more years and you want to Spice things up..I have onely one suggestion. Introduce him to another Woman! OK I know that doesn't sit well with you and it wouldn't with me either, but you read my bloody words correctly. Introduce him to another woman.

Wait a moment, don't stop reading, and don't send me funky rude emails! What I'm saying is this: There's someone inside you who is crazy and wild, abit of a whore and breaks all the rules. I'm not certain id she's blonde, brunette, red head or wearing a super black weave, or if she dresses like a ballerina or a French maid, but YOU need to find her and bring her out to play.

Read my words well, I am not suggesting that you walk yourself into one of those nasty stores that sells plastic leather garments, whips, chains and handcuffs. I'm talking about discovering your alter ego, becuase that is really, truly sexy!

To find her it might require a great many things, but you better find her, and fast! Every man wants a Trophy for his public events, and a whore for his bed. What you do to convey you're his whore is all up to you! While I can certainly make serveral suggestions from my reserach book, I think it best to offer more on the lighter side of this matter.

Besides, i'm sure you and your girlfriends will have plenty of ideas to share, you don't really need me for that. However, as it relates to me, I'd like to recommend a great website called Stockingirl
which has high-end lingerie and stockings that are likely to bring out the enchanting side of any woman. Notice i did not mention "pantyhose"?

Well frankly honey if you;re still wearingthem you should be slapped to the other side of hell! No wonder your man uses the bedroom for sleeping. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOO! There is nothing sexy, feminin, or erotic about pantyhose, and you should rip every pair you have.

When you wear stockings, and garters, with stilleo high heels on a regular basis, You become another woman, and another woman becomes You!

ciao...Embrace and Enjoy!

Rone de Beauvoir

blogarama

<img src="http://www.blogtopsites.com/tracker.php?do=in&id=" 17278="" alt="LiteratureBlogTopSites" border="0" />

http://blogtopsites.com/literature

She was a black woman dressed rather sexy with her breast exposed and an extremely short skirt. The clerk says they're out, and walks away. The woman concludes that the clerk had cigarettes, but just wanted to get rid of her becuase she didn't want to take the time to serve her or that she didn't like her looks.

This logic seems obviously irrational and paranoid. But consider the case of the woman whose husband comes home with a cloudy look on his face. She immediately concludes that he is angry because she was too tired to make love the previous night. She expects to be hurt by some sort of retaliation and responds quickly by becoming rude and defensive.

This logic makes perfect sense to her and she does not question her conclusion until she learns that her husband had a minor auto accident on the way home. In thinking with distortion, she may have used thoughts such as my husband often gets upset when "I disappoint him," or " my husband looks upset." The problem with this logic lies in her assumptions that her husband's moods must all relate to her and that she is the prime cause of his ups and downs.

This style of distorted thinking is called Personalization, the tendency to relate all objects and events around you. It creates a great deal of pain becuase the victim consistently misinterprets what he or she sees and then acts on the misterpretation. I'm sure you would agree we have all been guilty of this at one time or another.

Successful relationships deeply depend on our responses to behavioral patterns that are disturbing to others. First you should search within, and begin to seek new avenues leading to a healthy balance. Following what you find should also result in a new understanding of yourself and others. Seeking first to understand and after to be understood, is a healthy rule, and yet not commonly practiced by any of us.

The best tip off that you are using distorted thinking is the presence of painful emotions and feelings. If you are aware of painful emotions creating conflict in your relationship, focus on what you're thinking and perhaps immediately implement a change. Take a look at a few other distortions that you may be using in your personal relationships and your business one's as well.

FILTERING -- This distortion is characterized by a sort of tunnel vision looking at only one element of a situation to the exclusion of everything else.

POLARIZED -- The hallmark of this distortion is an insistence on dichotomous choices. You tend to perceive everything at the extremes, with very little room for middle ground. People and things are good or bad, wonderful or horrible, creating a black or white world.

EMOTIONAL REASONING -- At the root of this distortion is the belief that what you feel must be true. if you feel like a loser, then you must have done something wrong. If you have distorted thoughts and beliefs your emotions will reflect those distortions.

All of of us use one and or many of these distortions daily in our lives. What becomes important is our immediate recognition, and the many behavioral nunances used during those moments. Remember we can't have solid successful relationships, if we are overwhelmed with distortions. Seek first to understand, and after to be understood. You'll enjoy all your relationships in the future using this simple rule.

Rone de Beauvoir is a Chef/Author and owner the Catering Production firm Catering by Rone. Sex researcher Alfred Kinsey found, in the words of political analyst Debbie Taylor, that "religious beliefs had little or no effect on a man's sexual pleasure, but could slice as powerfully as the circumcision knife into a woman's enjoyment, undermining with guilt and shame any pleasure she might otherwise experience."

So is that why Eve took a bite from the Apple? Another question one should ask is why she then offered the apple to Adam? Was she angry? or was she simply trying to seduce Adam to her every beck and call?

The image above suggests an evolvement with history. At least that's my intention. Adam and Eve came before Christ, and the fruit of desire was making it's debut. Now the Bible says that Eve was taken from one of Adam's ribs and created as a woman. I for one, persoanlly by faith beleive that. It's what she does after her creation that either puzzles and or angers so many men and women today.

One of my fans wrote to me to ask the question, "Did Eve make love to Adam before biting the apple or after the bite was taken? I'm not sure I know the true answer to that becuase I wasn't there and neither were you. We all have our beliefs and theories that we subscribe to, and there in lies yor answer.

But let's go back to the first question. Do you think religious guilt suppresses women's sexuality? Technically, the female organs are what the older religions feared as "the insatiable cunt." Capable of multiple orgasm, continual orgasm, a sharp and breathtaking clitoral orgasm, an orgasm seemingly centered in the vagina that is emotionally overwhelming, orgasm from having the breasts stroked, and of endless variations of all those responses combined, women's capacity for gential pleasure is theoretically inexhaustible.

Now I'm sure for all the men reading this, that's the best news you've heard or read in a very long time. But hold on I'm not finished yet. Did you know that even the most aggressive women in the world have submissive fantasies?

In a study of women in the United States, Dr. E. Hariton found that 49 percent had submissive sexual fantasies. In 1989 a U.K. civil suit brought by a woman raped by her physiotherapist was denied becuase it was suggested that she had fantasized the rape and that such fantasies are common among women.

If women and men in great numbers were to form bonds that were equal, nonviolent, and sexual, honoring the female principle no less or more than the male, the result would be more radical than the establishment's worst nightmares of homosexual "conversions." A mass heterosexual deviation into tenderness and mutual respect would mean real trouble for the status quo since heterosexuals are the most powerful sexual majority. The power structure would ace a massive shift of allegiances: From each relationship might emerge a doubled commitment to transform society into one based publicly on what have traditionally been women's values, demonstrating all too well the appeal for both sexes of a world rescued from male dominance.

If men and women are to ever have intense loving committed relationships, both sexes have GOT to forget to whom Satan (the snake) handed the apple. That my thought. write to me and tell me yours!

Wanna know more? need to know more? check the new release book It's Only Dinner "Dining for love romance and relationships" at www.amazon.com

Embrace and Enjoy!
Rone de Beauvoir

blogarama

http://blogtopsites.com/literature

Relationships can survive infidelity, if both individuals agree and have a desire to do so. It won't be easy, and maybe that's the reason many choose not to forgive and forget. It goes without saying, that it hurts and it can and may make you feel helpless.

You will experience anger, tears, and depression. Maybe even feelings of wishing your partner were dead like a friend of mine presently. it takes time to heal, as well as to forgive. You must make a decision to love, to forgive, forget and to be happy. Perhaps the biggest step of all, is the decision to TRUST again. No doubt this will certainly take a long time of recovery and adjustments, with a new outlook and that also means no garbage dumping, and this will again take time, courage, as well as commitment.

Some feelings that are prominent when a couple experiences the accusation of infidelity in their relationship include:

shame, guilt, blame, anger, hurt, disappointment, rage, embarassment, forgiveness, jealousy, lust, resentment, denial and mis-trust.

It would be very easy for me to say your relationship can survive this onslaught of feelings. ut i'm not the one feeling it! You are! So let me put it this way. Some relationships and even marriages are not meant to be saved. If the infidelity is one of many symptons of abuse in your relationship, or if your partner is a serial cheater, it may be time to throw in the towel.

But before you do, I'd like to ask you a question. Is Your Relationship at High Risk for an Affair? I'll answer for you. Yes it is!!!! Just like most all relationships. The problem is that most couples don't have a clue how it begins and or why. It usually begins as an Emotional Affair. So what the bloody hell is an Emotional Affair?

An Emotional Affair is a secret relationship that invloves intimate sharing with some one other than your lover or partner. Believe me when I tell you, if a person is no longer confiding thoughts and feelings with his/her partner the individual is either in an emotional affair or ready for one. It's better explained, if I convey that the consequences of an emotional affair is the sense you've been deceived, betrayed and lied to, would you beleive me? Maybe not if you've not yet experience it.

If you're concerned that your partner may be guilty of this, you should get to know well the wrning signs. There are serveral warning signs that your Relationship is at High Risk for an Affair of every kind and you should know the signs to avoid disaster in your relationship.

1. Your partner starts to withdraw from you

2. Your partner is preoccupied and daydream about their friend more and more each day and does not
appear to be available mentally when you are speaking

3. Your partner seems to have no interest in being intimate with you physically and emotionally

4. Your partner spends less time with you and more time working or away from home

5. If questioned whether anything is going on, the reply is always " We're just friends" or "It's just a friend"

6. Your partner seeks time alone with their new friend and without your presence

7. Thoughts and feelings are shared mostly with the new friend

8. Comes home with a gift for the new friend, and not for you and explains away your hurt feelings

9. You hear that the friend understands better than you the needs and problems of your partner

10. The friendship is kept a secret from you until you find out

No matter what anyone tells you affairs of the heart come in many different forms, and they get easier as technology improves. The question you should ask yourself is whether or not you want to live your life and relationship in fear.

People will always find a way to do what they want when lust, love, and desire are in control. Don't get caught up by repayingEVIL with EVIL! Just relax and let things flow, and always create a table if needed for some good healthy communication.

Wanna Know More? Please don't get me wrong, I think the internet is absolutely wonderful. It has advanced communication faster than any other development in history, and is accessible even in remote areas around the globe, and, personally, it has provided me with a new career path.

What are the benefits of the internet, first of all, the Internet has created jobs, businesses, wealth and power. It has provided a new way for people to communicate with their family and friends by chat or email. It provides a support group in any area imagined for people who perhaps have no other source of good support in their time of need.

Of course, it's a new trendy way to meet potential mates, and it's a new way for cheaters to cheat! For instance a person who is unhappily married or who has a problem being faithful can now easily be "single and looking" with a name like "Candie" or "Studman for You" with an age, physical attributes, career and economic status all created to fit the person they would like to be instead of the person they really are.

When they need a photo to go along with the new persona they can "lift" one that suits them and their new online "friend" who may request one. But be warned, the problem with this and maybe its a good thing, is that you may both life a photo from the same site, and or one of you may have seen that photo on another site relating to another person. If and when this happens I'm very happy because cheating is WRONG!!!!

Some people would agrue that its harmless fun. It's not SEX...Bullwinkie its sex. Perhaps it starts off as not touching each other, but later it very much becomes a relationship of hip-grinding sweating inducing SEX! Think about it, Candie and Studman are gettin together secretly and quietly bhind the backs of their partner. How is that not cheating? If you have to do anything in the dark and pretend that nothing is going on with your partner, you're cheating on some level, and maybe even serveral levels.

Now that I perhaps have your attention, allow me to address a few other points which may be of interest to you. What do you think makes online love abit dangerous? One of the answers is that when a Relationship is in trouble, its easy for one of the partners or both to begin seeking the affection and attention he or she needs almost immediately at the signs of trouble.

Research shows that most will turn to the internet first seeking affection, becuase its easier and can be done discretly without anyone mostly the other partner to know about first hand. Secondly, during this time you're both vulnerable because you're seeking comfort and or love in all the wrong places. You will find yourself falling for almost anything. This is particularly dangerous becuase if you'll not stand for something, you'll fall for anything.

Thirdly, you're in a highly emotional state in this moment so then your temper will be short with those around you as you feel you're being cheated in some way or another as it relates to the love and affection you feel you need and deserve. I suggest you be clear about something....If we all got what we deserve, the world would be half empty of most people.

Again I have nothing against the web as I 'm using it now to communicate this blog. It's a wonderful tool. But like anything, we tend to abuse what we have and after miss and need it when its gone. The Web makes it very easy to cheat as too many of you perhaps already know very well, either becuase you're doing it or becuase you'e been a victim of your partners cheating. If you think your partner might be a Cyber Cheat, you should get to know well some of the signs whih might be giving you the truth of what's going on in your relationship.

One sign for sure is your partner always working on the Internet while at home with you and conveying that he/she is working. It should straight away make you wonder what that partner is doing at work. There is an average of at least ten hours put into one's job. Why would your partner need to come home and spend another four or five hours on the Internet?

Another sign which is also known in any kind of infidelity, and that is Emotional intimacy decreasing or is virtually gone. Making excuses about the the phone and or internet bill which is very high as oppose to normal. And yet another would be does your partner's mood change after to get offline?

I could literally pass on to you hundreds of signs. But I think the best one is to keep your eyes open and pay attention to what's going on around you. That does not mean become super hyper sentitive and unreasonable. By all means if you think you can have a talk with your partner. It's much better to get to the bottom of it all and know first hand what you're you're dealing with.

Wanna know more ? Need to know more. While there are those whom need all the help they can get, Some men just simply have it together when it comes to romancing a woman.

I recently received an email from one of my many fans, as my work and my aricles appear all over the place, and I must admit when I read this email from my fan I did not need an Aphrodisiac either. Take a look at what he wrote to me and you tell me if Chivalry is still in tact or did he take the most powerful Aphrodisiac he could find to write a email like this:

He wrote:

My dearest Rone,
Between your sheets you soundly sleep
Nor dreams of vigils that we lovers keep
While all the night
I waking sign your name,
The tender sound does every nerve inflame,
Imagination shows me all your charms,
The plenteous silken hair, waxen arms,
The well turned neck, and snowy rising breast
And all the beauties that supinely rest
Between your sheets.
Ah, my lady could you see my heart,
How fond, how true, how free from fraudful art,
The warmest glances poorly do explain
The eager wish, the melting throbbing pain
which through my very blood and soul I feel,
which you cannot beleive nor I reveal,
Which every metaphor must render less
And yet methinks which I could well express
Between your sheets.
The Fan--chiralvy for you

You need to know more, you want to know more. Of course you have and so have I and I hated every minute of it, becuase I had two of my best friends there as well whom arranged the bloody date. What made the date so bad was all the mistakes he continued to make, and yet he didn't seem to care and or have a clue he was making these mistakes. Of course I'm not perfect, and I made a few myself. I would love to say that we both learned from our mistakes, but this simply would not be true. I don't think he learned anything. As for me I picked up on a number of tips and I'll share them with you as I found them to be very helpful even now in my life.
1. He talked too much about his last girfriend
2. He was constantly bragging about his success in his business
3. He never stop talking!
4. He pretended to be so very interested while his eyes wandered
5. He always referred to women as chicks

My mistakes were the following:
1. I constantly tried to correct him about women and men relations
2. I was sometimes very defensive regarding his behavior
3. I at times edged him on as though it was interesting
4. I started to verbally convey my boredom with him
5. I got up and walked out on the date!

Now let me ask you a question...How the bloody hell can men and women ever become loving with each other if they're both going for the gold ahead of the other one? Whatever happen to the loving sexy first time dates that one looked forward too? Have they completely disappeared?

Honestly, I would say no..they have not disappeared. Loving relationships are happening everywhere and I'm going to share with you what I found and how you can too. Here are a few examples of what men and women can do to honestly and sincerely impress on a date.

What Women like on a Date
1. A man who shows genuine interest in her
2. A man who focuses only on her
3. A man who behaves like a gentleman

What Men like on a Date
1. A woman with a good apearance
2. A woman with a pleasant voice
3. A woman who appreciates his efforts

Of course I've only listed a few of the best behaviors in hopes that you will further inquire and or buy the book! :-) After all that's what this blog is all about. Helping you, helping me. But then again that's the nature of life. Helping one another, and if you haven't reach that goal yet, I would encouage you to hurry and get there helping others is great.

If you wanna know more check outwww.amazon.com and get my new release book "It's Only Dinner" Dining for love romance & relationships. One voice for family, another for friend's; one to show the kids you mean business, one voice to answer the phone and another to deal with telemarketers who call during dinner.

We all have a business voice and a voice for telling jokes. We have one voice for cajoling and another for driving home a point. And then there's the voice we use to speak sexy with our lover, the voice we use to call our lover to bed, and the voice we use to urge him or her on. Some of these voices, we have cultivated and others come to us naturally. Perhaps the most interesting of all our voices is the Erotic voice!

We use this voice to seduce others, we use it to get things to go in our favor, and we use this voice when we first meet someone. We also use this voice at work, and depending on the tone, some people use this voice with their children. You hear this voice in movies, television, radio and in theatre. This is indeed a voice more commonly use than any of our other voices, and yet most fail to realize it.

You may be one who feels you're much to shy to use such a voice, or you may not feel you're attractive enough to use this voice. Whatever your reasons the erotic lies within you, and if not yet used, it's just waiting to come out. There are essential ingredients needed to enact the voice you've hidden in the dark garden of your erotic mind and I'm going to share them with you now.

On an emotional level communication, trust, and caring, plus the will to discover, explore, and accept your sexual nature are essential ingredients. If you still feel you need a little help, try these three foods:

PINEAPPLE
Rich in vitamin C and is used in the homeopathic treatment for impotence. Add a spear to a sweet Rum drink for a tasty prelude to an evening of passion.

RASPBERRIES and STRAWBERRIES
Perfect foods for hand feeding your lover. Both invite love and are described in erotic literature as fruit "nipples" both are high in vitamin C and make a sweet light dessert.

TRUFFLES
The Greeks and the Romans considered the rare Truffle to be an aphrodisiac. The musky scent is said to stimulate and sensitize the skin to touch.

If you want to know more, Rone de Beauvoir is the Author of Decadent Meals & Desserts an Ebook sold at
www.mobipocket.com
It's a quick and easy download to your PC or Smart Phone and or iPod.
She is also the Author of It's Only Dinner "Dining for Love Romance & Relationships" a hard cover book sold at: www.amazon.com

Do your best to maintain a healthy loving relationship! Further they want a trophy on their arm for those workplace gatherings, and a complete whore in the bed. But what they don't want perhaps is a strong self-sufficient independent woman, capable of caring for herself and relying on her own means. This would include a woman knowing exactly what she needs sexually as well. I've further learned if you want the best one's out there you better be ready and have a drop dead gorgeous look, and be completely ready to show it.

So what does this all have to do with love, and aphrodisiacs? Everything!!!! The better you look, the better the sex! The greater the aphrodisiacs, the greater the sex!

Don't get angry with me, there's nothing more beautiful than a well dress very attractive woman. But I wonder what men must really think of us when we look a certain way. There was a time when I wasn't sure that I had a clue until five years ago when I started using match making agence.

This was an interesting time indeed, and I won't convey all the details, but I will share with you that the look of a "whore" is alive and well!!!! The most attractive, well groomed, well dressed, well paid men of the world, want a woman to be feminine and sexy wearing stockings, garters, stilleo heels, and a long red sexy dress polished nails, and blue red lipstick.
